My son was bullied and security told us they couldn’t guarantee my sons safety

My son had a stroke and has difficulty with certain things. We help him with his pants constantly to keep them up while at GWL a group of teenagers began to bully him.

It really upset my son and my husband asked them to stop, they proceeded to threaten him. Then security told us they cant guarantee his safety.

Just sad my son was targeted and they just did the bare minimum. And he didnt feel safe after.

My customer service rep understood and gave me back my deposit. We are coming back in October because my grandson loves Great Wolf Lodge.

The rooms were nice and spacious but the overall stay and experience was very overpriced and overrated. Need more things to do for the price. I paid $$650 for 1 night including the deposit that disappeared and I never got back!!

traumatizing, discriminative male staff towards women/disabled, i left needing therapy and a break that i could no longer afford after being charged more than top dollar for being treated so rudely. One of the male members was caught looking through the peephole in my door when he came to throw us out of the room instead of offering extra time or help, not impressed! my sisters disabled and on hospice. they put her on the top floor and furthest room from the facility. plus the air wasnt even breathable in our room and no one helped even though i told them, sent emails, called and went to multiple staff and management daily
